Can any one tell me were this company was during 1864 - 1865 and what they were, infantry, medical,ect.? CO.F 3rd VA. Reg. This is for Alexander Marion Amburn, b.1847, Indiana, d.1905 Carroll Co. Va. Also this one Hanks, William Private; Co. E, 45 VA. Inf'y. 1863 - 1865. He died after he came home from an accident. About the only book I don't own of J.P Alderman's is his Civil War Book.
