    3. Lori, I have a copy of the history of the 29th VA Reg. I can look and see what it says. Depending on what that says, the next option might be "The War of the Rebellion" series. 3. Lori, I have my copy of the 29 VA Infantry by John Perry Alderman, 1989. I quickly read the book and did not find any mention to Liberty Hill. There are three Andrew Millers/A. Millers listed in the index. 1. Andrew Miller, Co. A, enlisted 2/26/62 in Russell; present 6/62. 2. Andrew Miller, Col F. enlisted 12/18/61 in Wise; present 1/62; on leave 2/62; present 4/62. The last one comes from the postwar rosters and there is some doubt as to if they were really a part of the Reg: 3. A. Miller; appears on postwar roster of Co. H. This regiment served in and around Carroll, Wise, the southwestern area of VA, into Ky, over to the area around Richmond and south of that, south to northeast NC, a little north of Richmond, around Five Forks--Warren and Merrick counties, Dinwittie and Amelia Counties. Other regiments where men from the Blue Ridge and Allegheny Mts served: 4th VA and the 24th VA. There is lots on the muster records, Compiled Service Records, where other types of info are included in different types of records, stuff like that. It's an excellent book. Please add to this anyone else. Susan Susan Beamer wrote: > Lori, I have a copy of the history of the 29th VA Reg. I can look and see > what it says. 1. [VACARROL] Marriage Look Up Request - Guinn / Gwynn
    2. David Hardy
    3. Can someone provide a marriage look up for a Jeremiah "Jerry" Guinn / Gwynn married to Lucy? The marriage would likely have taken place between 1878 and 1880. I would like to know Lucy's maiden name and har parents names. Your help is greatly appreciated, David Hardy

    3. I did not find any Jeremiah "Jerry" Guinn/Guin/Guynn/Gwyn in the Carroll Marriage Records. You might want to try Patrick County. Good Luck!
