FYI Clarice was the daughter of Lorenzo A. Houseman/Housman and Helen M. Kyle, who married in Carroll County, Virginia, about 1891. Their children were: Burnell Houseman (b.Carroll County, Virginia, 1892) Correl Houseman (b. Carroll County, Virginia, 1894) Maimie Houseman (b. Carroll County, Virginia, 1895) Clarice Houseman in Carroll County, Virginia, 1896. Esther Houseman(b.Carroll County, Virginia, 1901) Roba Houseman (b.&d. Carroll County, Virginia, 1903) Hattie Houseman (b. & d. Carroll County, Virginia, 1905) Claxton Houseman (b. Carroll County, Virginia, 1906) Frank Houseman (b. Carroll County, Virginia, 1908) Helen M. Kyle ( b.about 1869, Woodlawn Carroll County) was the daughter of Judge William Kyle and Cassandra Davis Kyle. William and Cassandra are buried as are many of their children in the Woodlawn Methodist Church Cemetery. William was born in Botetourt Co, son of James Kyle and HArriet McDonald. Cassandra was the daughter of Henry P. Davis and Sarah Kyle of Prince Edward. (Sarah was a first cousin to her son in laws William and his brother James Madison Kyle, who married Cassie's sister Martha Frances Davis.
