I'm curious whether anyone can confirm that Ellen Marshall, b. c1854, dau of Wm. & Rosamond (Puckett) Marshall, who married 1st Richard Friel Combs (his second) and separated or divorced, is the same Ellen Combs, who married 1902 in Raleigh Co, WV, to William Lee SIMMONS? Hey Freddie If they divorced it sure didn't go thru Carroll Court. I checked my Chancery Records and didn't find anything. Can you not order the marriage from WV. That should tell who the parents were.
