Hi Sharon, Can't help with Rachel, but Vincent Horton died 11MAR1918 in Carroll. Don't know where he's buried. I have the year of Rachel's marriage to General Henry Webb as 1857. Was it actually 1856? In case you don't have it, Vincent married Susannah 27APR1855. She was the daughter of Madison N. Johnson and Elizabeth O'Neal.
