W. Downs who in 1926 lived in Milford. He would of at that time been at the age of about 58 years old. C. W. stands for Charlie W. Downs or I gather Charles W. Downs........Charlie was born in Rockingham County, Virginia. If you have any Downs in your family.....I sure would love to hear from you. I am trying very hard to get his obit but, do not know death date........ Does anyone know of any sites for Cemeteries in Caroline County ? And records online for this county ?
