Howard, Lucy P. Whittaker. The above parties whoes (whose) names are writen (written), are to be equal divided in all I leave behind. Witness this day March 13, 1911 his Walter X Howard (seal) mark Witness J. B. Hicks Witness T. J. Whittaker 2 Coghill Qualification A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Walter Howard deceased, Was this day provided in court and proved according to the oaths of T. J. Whittaker and John B. Hicks the subscribing witnesses thereto and is admitted to probate as and for the true last will testament of the said Walter Howard, deceased, and there being no Executor named in said will, on the motion of Geo. T. Howard, Mickleberry Howard, Mildred Howard, Aluredo Grimes, Delialy Howard, and Lucy P. Whittaker. T. D. Coghill is permitted to qualify as administrator of the said Walter Howard, deceased. And therefore said T. D. Coghill appeared in open court and made oath thereto and together with J. W. Elliott and R. A. Coghill his sureties who made oath as to their sufficiency, entered into, signed, sealed and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of Seven Thousand Dollars conditioned according to law, certificate is granted the said T.
