I have found the following: 1860 Census: Leroy Boulware Eastern Lunatic Asylum, James City, VA 63 abt 1797 Male Leroy Boulware King and Queen, VA 60 abt 1800 Virginia Male 1850 U.S. Federal Census - Slave Schedules 53 Male Black Lee Roy Boulware Drysdale Parish, King and Queen, Virginia Slave Owners Lee Roy Boulware Drysdale Parish, King and Queen, Virginia He owned 35 slaves. 1840 United States Federal Census Leroy Boulware King and Queen, Virginia 1830 United States Federal Census Lee Boulware King and Queen, Virginia Edward C Boulware King and Queen, Virginia Leroy Boulware Caroline, Virginia Edward was the only other BOULWARE indexed for K&Q in 1830. 1820 United States Federal Census Lee Boulware Stratton Major,King and Queen,VA 1820 Elizabeth Boulware St Stephens,King and Queen,VA Edward C Boulware St Stephens,King and Queen,VA Leroy Boulware Caroline,VA 1820 I believe there were two different men named Leroy and Lee Roy.One was from K&Q and one from Caroline, VA. 1810 United States Federal Census Saml Boulware King and Queen, VA 1810 See Boulware King and Queen, VA 1810 Thomas Boulware King and Queen, VA 1810 See is actually "Lee" but was transcribed incorrectly.
