Her parents were Joseph and Ann Stewart. Elizabeth was born in Louisa county, Va., 1788 per "The Douglas Register". In her fathers will in 1841 in Lincoln County, Ky., he names his daughter Elizabeth Carnal, with his other children. The reason I believe she may have married a Carnal in Caroline County, Va., is because her father bought land from a Daniel Coleman in 1815 in Caroline Co. There are several Carnal's in Carolina County Va., in 1810 and 1820, I just don't know which one she may have married, if, it was one of them. Any help on this would be appreicated.
