I checked the Cemeteries of Caroline County, Virginia and Caroline County, Virginia Death Records (1919-1994)from The Caroline Progress compiled by Herbert Ridgeway Collins. The only William Madison listed is: William B. Madison, Feb. 1864 - Mar. 1940 buried at Lakewood Cemetery, Bowling Green. He was married to Carrie Taylor and was formerly from King and Queen County. He died at Hinton, West Virginia. One of my Madison's is a William G. Madison who was married to an Edmonia Carneal. They left Caroline and went next door to King George County. Can you supply some more info on your William Madison?
