It was near Ridge Road which is or is near County Road #658. The north east corner is at the head of Licking Hole Swamp. It was bounded by lands of Capt. Thomas Terry. Terry's land was bounded on one side by the easternmost branch of Woodyard Swamp. I am guessing this property is between Chilesburg and Houston Corners and nearer the North Anna River than the Ridge Road. Could someone locate the 1723 Licking Hole Swamp and Woodyard Swamp for me? Also, anything about Capt Thomas Terry and Richard Davis. Their children married before Richard went to NC. Richard was a Baptist before he came to VA. Is there an old Baptist Church near this land site?
