I believe that the parents of John Thomas Carneal were Joseph Cy Carneal and Elizabeth Madison. The parents of Margarent Lynch Thacker were Benjamin Thomas Thacker and Elizabeth Martin. If anyone has information on Joseph Cy Carneal, Elizabeth Madison, Benjamin Thacker or Elizabeth Martin, I would be very grateful. I believe all of these folks lived in or near Caroline County.
