John Sandland had 4 sons John Jr ,James ,William, and Randolph.any additional information on them would be appreciated.the girls are the ones who are lost. >> First, the only Sandland in King William in 1704 was a Nicholas, not Elizabeth. Second, the family Scandland, not Sandland, was in Caroline County. This is a well know colonial family. At times in western VA the name is spelled Scantland. Third, I have checked both Dorman's index and Sparacio index, both of early Virginia records, and the only listing for Sandland is the above Nicholas.
