Abt 1710 in Caroline County, Va and his wife Mary Taylor b. May 30, 1718 in Caroline County, VA. They had one son that I know of, Phillip Penn b. Jan 27, 1739 in St. George's Parrish, Spotsylvania county, VA. I have been unable as of yet, to trace the parents or siblings of these two. Any help would be appreciated.
