Phoebe GOODLOE (b.1762) was a daughter of "Parson" Henry GOODLOE (c1730-1820) and his wife, Frances Diana (KEMP) Goodloe. She was married after 1790 to a Mr. Jones by whom she had a son, William Jones. Phoebe married Richmond Carnal in 1798. Phoebe and both husbands appear to have resided in Caroline Co., VA. Her father, Henry Goodloe, came to reside in Spotsylvania Co., VA where he died. I wish to correspond with any subscribers who are researching this family.
