I have one photo taken of my gg grandfather Cornelius P. GILMAN taken with a GATEWOOD lady in 1853,He was abt age 9.Cornelius married Sophia Letitia HOUSTON. Her mother was Elizabeth GATEWOOD. On the 1850 census I find living with my ggg grandfather,James R.P.HOUSTON, Attaway CHAPMAN and Sarah E.GATEWOOD. I believe,but not sure that Attaway CHAPMAN married a HOUSTON. Cornelius' mother was Eliza P. HARGRAVE and father William GILMAN. Does anyone have any information on these families they are willing to share? Thanks Karen Martin
