Thomas Burke was the executor of John Burke (will probated in 1790) and he in turn was the executor of Henry Burke (will probated in 1777). Thomas (Tommy) Burke, son of John Burke, died intestate on 24 January 1807. He married first Ann A. Gray daughter of William Fauntleroy Gray who died in 1792 and left wife Peggy Gray and he married second Betsy M. Pierce who later married Col.
