Could not find the John B. Gravatt, Richmond minister, that you are interested in. I have a list of decendents of Ellis Gravatt of Caroline Co., born sometime in early 1700's. There are several John B. Gravatt's listed,but none who fill the bill. There is a Broaddus-Gravatt Family Reunion (decendants of John Cherbury Gravatt and Amanda Broaddus of Caroline Co., married April 28, 1825) on Sun., Sept. 24 at 1:30 P.M. at Poor Farm Park in Hanover Co. west of Ashland off RT. 54. You can e-mail Wil Gravatt at wilgravatt@aol.com for more info. about the reunion, or you can bring a covered dish and come find out if anyone there knew your John Gravatt. I was there last year and plan to attend this year as well. It was a fairly small, very informal gathering. A very nice group of people and you'd be more than welcome.
