Married on April 11, 1785 to Elizabeth Betsy North (b; 1763 Amhurst County, VA d; June 13, 1861 Haywood County, TN). Miller is my 3rd great-grand father. He was an officer in the Revolutionary War. Family stories say he was an aid to General Washington. Family stories also claim that Betsy was the daughter of the British Governor of Virginia and the niece of Lord North the British Prime Minister. I would like to find something to back up these two stories.
