Hello, I would like to let you know of two small changes in the way you receive your Caroline County list mail. The list will now be sent to you with the prepend, 'VACAROLI' before each post. The change is being made so that you will be able to identify your Caroline County mail from other posts. I realize that it will take up a portion of the Subject line, but I think you will find it a worthwhile addition. Also, I have activated the 'Reply To List' option for the list mail. It is generally a better idea to have an answer to a post be sent automatically to the list, rather than to the sender only. It is *very* important to remember this change is now in place, and not accidentally send us all a personal message intended for the sender! For a while, you may want to watch the 'Send To' box more closely after you hit ''Reply', until you get used to it. If you have any problems with the new changes, please just let me know.
