Hello, all. This is a cross-post, and I hope you will forgive me for that. Henry JETER, b. 1744 in Caroline Co., VA, and Elizabeth BELL, b. 1747 (in what county) were married in 1783, or earlier. Their daughter in my line is Elizabeth Jane JETER, b. 1784 in Bedford Co. In September, 1803, Elizabeth Jane JETER became the wife of Jeremiah HATCHER, Jr., in Bedford Co. The obvious questions are to be sought for answers, in this family group. Who were the parents of Henry JETER, and of Elizabeth BELL?? Was Elizabeth BELL born in another area of the state??
