KY distributes $500 to his son George W. Carnall from his deceased mother's estate in Caroline co., VA administered by Henry Coleman. It appears that George W.'s mother Elizabeth would have inherited her share of her father's or mother's estate in trust which continued after her marriage to George and her death. Her death would have occurred prior to 1794 as George the father remarried and left his Todd co. estate to the children of his second wife. What would have happened to Elizabeth's estate? If George W. was her only son why wouldn't he have inherited it all? Any help appreciated. Cindy Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
