Henry Goodloe and John Waller were placed in jail because Henry Goodloe allowed John Waller to preach the Baptist religion in his home. There is quite an article about this and several small ones. Henry Goodloe is my relative and he was a preacher, but I do not know what religion. He was called the marrying minister of Spotsylvania County, Va.
