I descend from Valentine and Elizabeth (Carneal) Long. Valentine was born in 1795. I do not know yet who his parents were. Also his son, Archibald (Archie) married Mary Thacker. I've seen the Benjamin name and am still searching to see if he might be related to my family. I only have photos of my great-grandfather who is Samuel Sier Long. I wish I had more on the Long family.
