The only Brooks I have is one that married Anna B. Bowie b 01 Jan 1921 who was the dau of William D Bowie and Bessie A Broaddus. I do not know who she married. I do have the Marriages of Caroline Co. that shows Brooks, Robert & Haslop, Elsa 8 May 1837 Horance Haslop (cmb) and then another entry, Brooks, Robert & Heslop, Eliza 1 May 1837 (cmb) I do not know if this is of any help to you or not.
