Researching Abner and brother, Nimrod SAUNDERS supposedly born in Caroline County in 1771 and 1774, respectively. Not sure who their parents were, but have found one historical text that suspects their parents were probably Simeon and Mary SAUNDERS. Have also found text that states Abner's father and older brothers were Rev. War soldiers, but we have found no mention of his brothers' names. We found several references to them in Wood County, WV where they died, but have been unable to find any earlier info.
