VA Genealogical material in the subject might not work..................................... i.e. say if I e-mail and asked you to seach for John Doe in Caroline Co. and it was through the Caroline Co. Mail list and you just put Caroline Co. Gen. Information that will not get the attention of the correct person as easy! But if you put: Attn: Gail Moore Information you requested Now that would grab me real quick! ALL the information on THIS list is suppose to be Caroline Co. VA Genealogical Material................I sure would not post something about South Carolina on here, or Florida or some other place. UNLESS it had to do with folks moving about or being in both places! So again who are you trying to reach here? Also did they e-mail you through the list or use your addy and e-mail off list to you, that could be the problem your having also with getting this out to the right person................................
