His wife was Emma Spotswood Bullock who was born in the same county March 31, 1865. Mr g-g-g grandfather was Hilbert or Hubert Stevens/Stephens and his wife was Bettie Celinda Purks who were married in Caroline County, VA. Hilbert or Hubert's father was James Stevens/Stephens and his mother was Christiana (Unknown). If you have any information about any of these Stevens/Stephens men please let me know.
