I have been puzzling over her name for some time. I have found her listed as Omozena, Ormizinda, Samasendy (with daughter Tamasendy), Amasinda and Armazindo? - but not sure on that one. Any ideas as to her background? My line descends from their son, Robert S. Taylor. This Taylor family appears to have been from the Eagle's Nest (Passing) area. Do you suppose that Armazinda might have been a Rappahannock indian? There are still some in that area. I've talked with a few but nobody remembers that far back. And there are no written records that I can find. Just a thought. I'd appreciate any information you might care to send. Thanks. Carter Skinner
