Smith who served with Mosby's Rangers during the Civil War who later served as the mayor of Lynchburg - reportedly he is buried at Lynchburg. I also have a George W. Smith who claims to have served with Mosby, but is buried at Bryan, Texas. Can anyone check to see if there is a George W. Smith buried at Lynchburg? Thanks
