Surnames: Burnes/Burns Classification: Lookup Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/HBC.2ACI/785 Message Board Post: I am new to ancestry.com, but so far I cannot find anything anywhere about my grandfather, Morton Hallie Burns/Burnes who supposedly was born in Campbell County, VA in 1892...July 28, 1892. It's like he never existed. I don't have his parents names..nothing to go on. My mother says they were both dead when she was born and no one ever mentioned them. I can find no mention of him in a census or anything. Does anyone know of him or anything about him or where I can start?? Please help if you know anything
