I am seeking information on Elizabeth Beard who was living in Campbell County in 1785. She is listed in the 1785 Presonal Property Tax List as living in District #2. The Campbell Co. Marriage book indicates that on April 27, 1784,Elizabeth Beard was a witness in the wedding of her grandson James Campbell to Jane Means. Two of her other grandchildren--John Campbell and Rachel Robinson were witness along with James Robinson, spouse of Rachel. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in finding information on what happened to Elizabeth Beard post April, 1784. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. mike beard

Mike, for one thing Elizabeth was listed on the 1787 Pers. Prop. Tax List for Campbell, List B. Her property was 6 blacks, 2 horses, 10 cattle.
