Wilma, They are available on microfilm through either the Library of Virginia or through the library system of the Church of Latter Day Saints. I'm not 100% sure about Campbell, but most counties have a marriage register as a part of their county records. These may be different from the Bureau of Vital Statistics Records which is what you normally think of as marriage records in this period. Note these are indexed by bride and groom but the index rolls are separate from the marriage rolls. You might want to get the index roll though depending on where your family is because there seems to be considerable movement back and forth across county lines and in and out of Lynchburg.
