Jonathan married Elizabeth "Betty" Harris on 14 Sept. 1861 in Campbell County. The couple are my 4th g grandparents. According to Bedke, eleven children were born to Jonathan and Betty, all in Campbell County, Virginia: Delitha, William, James, Martha, Nancy Ann, Jonathan, Elizabeth Thomas, Edward, Mary Jane, Robert Henry and Louisa Fountain. The Butler and Harris families seemed to travel with and intermarry with a Lamb family. I have some details on that family but in comparison to the Butlers and Harris families, the Lambs are more of a mystery to me. I'd do have more information on this side of the family if you need it.
