Found the following that may connect to my Wife's HOWARDS----- Benjamin HOWARD is listed in 1830 Va Charlotte w/ children and a wife Benjamin HOWARD is listed in 1840 Va Charlotte w/ children and a wife Benjamin HOWARD is listed in 1850 Va Campbell Co. as a wheelwright, with wife Eliza-46, Susan M.-13, Parmelia-11, Margaret-9, Susan-7, Pleasant-5male, Fountain-5/12male. Susan HOWARD is listed in the 1860 Va Campbell Co. eastern District, as 13 years, Eliza as 50, Pleasant as 10, all living as laborers in Poor House. 1870 Va Campbell Co. eastern District--Elizabeth HOWARD-60, Susan HOWARD-19, Molly TALBOTT? (possibly sister of Elizabeth), Mary GOODMAN-35(GOODMAN's connected to HOWARD) 1880 Va Campbell Co. Rustburg Dist.--Pleasant HOWARDis the Head-25, Susan-28 sister, M?????-35 sister----------next dwelling is Mary GOODMAN-40 with three children and Laura A. HOWARD-8 and Belle HOWARD-5 both boarders and probably the dau of Susan. 1900 Va Campbell Co. Rustburg Dist.---Susan HOWARD is the Head-45, Laura A.-24dau, Ora B(elle)-22dau, Ruby L-6gdau, Fitzhugh L-2gson, Mollie TALBOT-60sister I have more. Ruby L HOWARDmarries Charlie T. LAYNE, Laura HOWARD is living with them census 1930 Rustburg Laura Ann HOWARD, 92 dies 1963 and Aubrey HOWARD is a relation, spelled Auberey also. Fitzhough is also Fitz and Fitcher Aubrey's father is possibly Charles MERRYMAN Aubrey has a brother Thomas. Ora Belle could have married Charles MERRYMAN but kept her maiden name. Laura A HOWARD married William HOWARD and daughtered Ethel Christine HOWARD b 1905.
