Katherine Trent West passed away yesterday in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. My condolences to the family. Her obituary says that her parents were Roland and Elsie Trent. I have a Roland Hopson Trent in my database born about 1855 (son of John Henry Trent and Lucretia Hudson). Katherine was born in 1910, so that's a bit of a stretch. If my Roland was her father, he would have been 55 when she was born... not too old of course, but getting up there. Does anyone have knowledge of this family, and can anyone give me more information that might help me make the connection to my Trents?
