One was Elizabeth PRESTON Gilbert who was married to Jarvis Gilbert of Harford Co. MD. After Jarvis died she married a Michael GASH. Elizabeth and Jarvis had a daughter named Nancy Gilbert who came to Bedford Co. with her mother and step-father. Nancy Gilbert married Thomas HELM in Bedford Co. The part of the county they lived in must have become part of Campbell Co. These Gilberts were from Baltimore and Harford Co. MD. I don't know of any connection to any PA Gilberts.
