I know my grandfather had died about 1894 and his brother Bailey Fleming Frasier died about 1902. Both David L. and B. F. Frasier left small children and both were left for a widow of B. F. to raise, as my grandmother died between 1901-1905 also. Seems funny that they would have been left behind in Mississippi with very little means of support.
