Dear Dot, In 1800 Tax List, there is Jesse, edward (estate), Charles, Jacob, John DUNCAN. There is a little paragraph of Joseph C. Duncan, of Buckingham Co. Va. was of Scottish descent. He married Nancy Maddox and settles in Christian Co. Ky. in 1817. In 1829 he went to Missouri and settled in Callaway Co. where he died in 1870. His wife died in 1860.
