My ggggrand mother was Martha Archer Akers (born 14 Sep 1803 in Buckingham County) (died 19 Dec 1877 in Amherst, Va) she married George Washington Purvis (6 Nov 1823 in Amherst, Va). I am looking for information on her side of the family. I noticed that you had found info on Akers. Are you working on the Akers line?? If so.. do you have any info on her??
