I find Charles Duncan on an 1800 taax list for Buckingham Co. and several other Duncans are listed there as well...nothing to show relationship... Here are the other Duncon names on the 1800 tax list..Fleming, George, Jesse, Edward estate, Charles , Jacob, John Jane
