Daniel married Elizabeth, daughter of John Jones who resided in Buckingham Co.Daniel and Elizabeth (Jones) Woodson had a daughter, Elizabeth (Betsy) who was the third wife of Clairborne Dandridge West. pg 112 Washington Tindall was probably a close relative of Clairborne West, as he left legacies to the latter's two sons, Thomas and Benjamin West. See Cumberland Co. Deed Book 1 , pg 17 pg 133 In 1930 while searching for the graves of Clairborne West and Wife Betty Ann Woodson (Epperson), the arthor found Mr. Irving Davie living in the old Clairborne West home.In his possession was an old account book for the years 1802-1803, kept by John Epperson at his tobacco warehouse and general store on the Appomattox River, Buckingham Co., VA., at the place of settlement called Planterstown.
