Jean, I live in Barren Co. Ky. My 4 G grandparents moved here from Buckingham Co. Va (my guess is around 1818 give or take a yr. or two. I have seen most of the Nunnally families and the Snoddy's since they also came from Buickingham CO. and settled here in Barren Co. KY. Have you gotten the info from the 1850 Barren Co. Census? Do you have any idea when your families left Buckingham CO. ? They may have left when mine did. I would love to learn more abt. this. My family that came from Buck. Co. is Barnet & Susannah (Staton) HATCHER. I haven't been able to find out much abt. Susannah. I'm not positive if her maiden name was Staton or someother form of Slaton or Slautor.
