TN. in 1849 there were two bill of sales for property of slaves and land filed . William and his half brother J.F. Bowls sold their portion of inheritance from Joseph Palmore. Their mother Poley(Mary?) Bowls(deceased) father was Joseph Palmore in Buckingham Co. VA. They sold their share to another son of Poley Bowls, Claiborne Bowls I have just been told their are two lawsuits in the TN. Archieves of two of their sister against Claiborne Bowls. The names of those two sisters are Sarah P. (Mrs William B. Cooper) and Amanda (Mrs Francis M. Miller). A James Mullins was mentioned along with Claiborne Bowls. Would there be a will on file in Buckingham Co., if so where would I write for it. Each portion represented a ninth so that means there are four others unaccounted for. Thanks, Jerry ------=_NextPart_000_01BE036F.2A2566E0--
