Sorry it has taken me so long to get back with you on this. The real job gets in the way of the fun time looking up info! Well, I don't know alot about Elsah PENDELTON. I know she was born in Buckingham County and married James on December 16, 1818. They moved to Wilson County Tennessee in 1823 then to Illinois in 1830. They had 11 children. Will keep your e-mail and when I get more info on the PENDELTON side, I will let you know.
