I noticed in Census some of my Taylors lived in New Canton and others lived in Maysville,Buckingham Co. Va. Can anyone tell me about New Canton? Was it on the James River? Thanks (trying to find descendants of James b. 1770's died 1847 and his son Jordan Taylor who lived there in Maysville 100 years. Linda Z.
