Does anyone know who the Peter P. Rakes is that is listed in this will. I did not write down the Will Book Number or Page Number but the will was found in Buckingham County Court House. I Polly Obriant do make this my Last Will and Testament. Item 1. If I owe any debts, I wish them all to be paid. Item 2. I give and bequeath to my nephew, Peter P. Rakes, all my interest in the estate, real and personal, of my deceased father, Glenn Obriant decd., also all my interest in the estate of my deceased brothers, real and personal, Harrison Obriant and John Obriant and of my sister, Rebecca Obriant, decd., and all my estate of every kind, and the said Peter P. Rakes, is to take care of, board and clothe me during the remainder of my life. Witness my hand this 10th December 1873. Polly Obriant (x her mark) Witnesses William T. Obriant John (x) Day J.T. Spencer At a County Court held for Buckingham County, April 13th 1874, this paper writing purporting to be the last Will and Testament of Polly O'Bryant, decd, was this day produced in Court, and proved by the oath of William T.
