Finally traced my roots back to a George W. Clark in Buckingham County (but sometimes mentioned in Nelson County). Seems he had a wife named Jane L. and was born in NY. Would anyone have any other information to this George W(ashington) Clark? He was born Abt. 1812 and had children: Joseph L.R. Clark (b. 1855), Sally Clark, John Clark, Samuel H. Clark, and Willis D. Clark. Joseph L. R. Clark m. Fannie ? and possibly Sarah Stinson. Joseph and Fannie Clark had a son, James Samuel Clark (b. 1888) m.
