I am new to this list. Can anyone supply info about the French immigrants who came to Buckingham county in the late 1700's. I am researching Andrew Viser (Visey, Vizier, etc) and George Dreon. Both men came to colonies as French soldiers during Revolution and stayed. I believe they settled in Buckingham area in late 1700's when other Frenchmen located there. Any help will be appreciated.
