Born April 14, 1923, Philadelphia, PA. Parents were Patrick A. Harvey and Margaret Featherbay (OR Featherby) Harvey. Died September 17, 1976 in Virginia. Do not know county in which he was living at the time of his death because the Commonwealth of Virginia refuses to send me a copy of his death certificate.
